How does billable mileage work?
We are located in Batesville, AR. We count every mile from our office to your door. That’s it, it’s that simple. We do not charge for our return trips home.

What areas do you serve?
We provide on-site tech support throughout North Central Arkansas. Travel charges may apply for locations outside our primary service zone. We also offer remote support for many issues, which can often resolve problems faster and more cost-effectively than an on-site visit.

What should I do if my computer won't turn on or is running very slowly?
These are common issues we resolve regularly. First, try restarting your computer and checking all cable connections. If the problem persists, contact us for remote diagnostics or to schedule an on-site visit. We can often determine the cause quickly and get you back up and running the same day.

What happens to my personal data when you work on my computer?
Your privacy and data security are our top priorities. We follow strict confidentiality protocols and never access personal files unless specifically needed to resolve your issue. When possible, we perform repairs without accessing your data at all. For services requiring data backup or transfer, we use secure methods and can sign a confidentiality agreement upon request. Any devices brought to our workshop are kept in a secure location.

We offer comprehensive technology consultation services beyond just repairs. We can help you select the right computer, printer, router, or other equipment based on your specific needs and budget. We also provide complete setup services including software installation, data transfer from your old device, network configuration, and training on how to use your new technology effectively. Think of us as your personal tech advisor, not just a repair service.
